A separate notice for MediShop’s restricted-access internal Google-connected automation application.

1. Purpose of the application
MediShop Automation is intended to support internal pharmacy operations, including business records, permitted reporting, purchase coordination and operational notifications using n8n and connected Google services.
2. Google account data and permissions
When an authorized user connects their Google account, the application may request access to Google Sheets, Google Drive or Gmail data as explicitly described on the Google consent screen. The actual scopes and permissions must be reviewed by the administrator before publishing the OAuth app. Access is used only to execute authorized business workflows.
3. How Google user data is used
Data may be read, processed or written as necessary to perform configured workflows, such as updating authorized spreadsheets, retrieving authorized business files or sending operational notifications. It is not sold to advertisers or used for targeted advertising.
4. Sharing and storage
Data may be processed through the configured automation hosting infrastructure and providers necessary for the workflow, subject to the permissions and safeguards selected by the administrator. Access should be limited to authorized business personnel and service providers needed to operate the system.
5. Retention and deletion
Connected account authorization can be revoked through Google account permissions. Information already written to business records may remain subject to legitimate recordkeeping, compliance and operational requirements. Administrators should maintain documented deletion and retention procedures for connected data.
6. Security
We aim to restrict credentials and automate securely, including protecting tokens and restricting workflow access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
